usage:
1. disinfection,and softening for stratum corneum.
2. With a cotton swab dipped in liquid,swipe across skin (lips) and repeated wiping about1-2 minutes
3. stick mask on the lip and remove the blue one.covered it with cling film about 15 minutes later,the skin will achieve deep anesthesia up to 1-2 hours.
it will help relieve pain, swelling and bleeding from procedures that repeatedly penetrate the skin.
Don’t use during procedure, after skin has been broken.because Epinephrine make the skin to blacken and Hemostatic effect is very good.
not appropriate for eyeliner as it may drip into the eye.try a gel/cream instead
